An experiment in turning cyber chaos into clarity.
The Idea
What if an incident response platform didn't just collect evidence… but proved resilience?
We wanted to test how far we could push cryptographic proofs, real‑time tokenization, and structured data capture—without breaking the flow of a breach response.
The Build
We stripped incident management down to its essence:
- a live case file, secured and tokenized, layered with Spektrum's Resilience Tokens and Proof‑of‑Performance™ engine
- Every action—triage, remediation, insurer updates—was written into an immutable record
- The result felt less like software, more like an adaptive resilience ledger
The Test
In a simulated breach lab, we ran the entire cycle:
- ingesting raw incident data
- anonymizing and tokenizing it on the fly
- collecting case data while the breach team is working so that the case data can be tokenized into an incident token, safeguards token, and gap tokens
- using these tokens to show the victim what went wrong, how bad it was, how they helped them improve from red to green in the posturestream, and now, how to stay green and prove it
- automatically shipping the incident token to in-network insurers to safely fulfill the victim insureds notification and cooperation duties during a claim, but only providing the least amount of information possible to protect them from over sharing information that could impact their claim that was not requested by the insurer during the application process

What began as an experiment became a glimpse of our future:
